  Not sure how many stars I should give today's visit in Whiteville, NC. As a Veteran, I always try to use my afforded discount and presented my Retired Military ID CARD at purchase but apparently the elderly gentleman did not see, didn't pay attention, did not hear me say "Veteran" as he was scanning the items (only 3). When I mentioned that he did not include my Military discount his response was something like 'Sometimes you just have to tell at us" I was politely informed by this elderly gentleman to go to the refund register for a correction, which I did. The young lady was very friendly while assisting in my request and promptly refunded me my money. Granted it was not much, the fact remains that there was an inconvenience and I'm not complaining either. So, for the checkout - 1.5 stars. For the assistance with the refund - 5 stars
